I had a long and evolved relationship with a bunch of different hospitals for cardiac issues, and I was just struck by how amazing my physicians were, how amazing the staff were. But how difficult it was to engage in my care outside the four walls of the hospital. This was an industry that really should be world class when it came to that experience so I started a company to try to tackle that issue.
